Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what information toolsy.one (“we”, “us”) does and does not collect when you use this website, and how advertising and cookies work here.
The data you enter into our tools stays on your device
Our tools are designed to run in your browser. Text you paste, numbers you type, files you load and secrets you generate (such as passwords or hashes) are processed locally on your device. We do not transmit, log or store the content you enter into our tools.
Information we and our providers collect
Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics may automatically receive standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you view. This is used to operate the site securely and understand aggregate usage. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to display advertising, which keeps the tools free. To do this, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our sites and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
For more information about how Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps, see Google’s policy.
Your consent choices (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalised advertising cookies are set, using a consent management platform that supports the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework and Google Consent Mode. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Manage privacy settings” link in the footer of every page.
Your rights under US state privacy laws
If you are a resident of a US state with applicable privacy laws (such as California), you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. Use the “Manage privacy settings” link to exercise these choices.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
